About

WebGx Pro is an AI automation and digital-operations consultancy for professional service firms. We design, integrate and maintain the workflows, AI agents, client-intake systems, document processing and system integrations behind law firms, clinics, agencies and growing service businesses — with a person in the loop wherever judgement is required.

Who we work with, and where

Most of our work is with owner-led law firms, clinics and healthcare service businesses, and agencies with 5–100 staff — firms that already pay for a handful of systems that do not talk to each other. Real estate, logistics and e-commerce businesses follow the same approach. We are based in Pakistan and work remotely with clients in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia. We have no offices in those countries and do not pretend to.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed price in USD, usually after a fixed-price Reliability Review. Work is built inside the client’s own accounts, in short stages with a demo at the end of each, and goes live with monitoring, logs and documentation in place. Anything irreversible, financial or client-facing gets a named person’s approval by design. After go-live, Automation Care or Managed AI Operations keeps it running. The full process is written down here.

Samar Abbas, Founder & Lead Automation Consultant at WebGx Pro

Founder & Lead Automation Consultant

Samar Abbas

Samar is the founder and lead automation consultant at WebGx Pro. His background is in business operations rather than software sales: years spent inside healthcare administration and data workflows, and supporting the operations of professional firms, before building the forms, document pipelines, integrations and AI-assisted systems that remove that work.

That path runs through Jotform and advanced conditional forms, PDF and document automation, WordPress and custom functionality, APIs and webhooks, Make and Zapier, and then n8n and AI-assisted operational systems built with Claude and ChatGPT. He designs and builds the workflows WebGx Pro delivers and stays accountable for them after go-live. Client work is described only in general terms and never with confidential detail.

“I started WebGx Pro because most of the automation I saw in small firms was fragile: built once, owned by nobody, and quietly failing. The work worth doing is not adding another tool. It is mapping how a firm actually operates, connecting what it already pays for, deciding where a person must stay in the loop, and then keeping the whole thing running. That is the job.”

The team model

WebGx Pro is led by Samar, and the consultant who scopes your work is the one who builds it. When a project needs an additional specialist, they work under the same written scope, access rules and checkpoints, and you are told who they are. We do not list team members who do not exist.

International remote delivery

Discovery, demos and walkthroughs happen on video inside your working hours; progress is written up weekly; recorded demos cover the gaps. Typical overlap is four to six working hours with the UK, Ireland and Europe, mornings with North America’s east coast, and afternoons for Australian clients. Communication is in English and in writing first, so decisions are traceable. Prices are quoted and invoiced in USD; an NDA and data-processing agreement are signed on request before any data is seen.

Working hours 09:00–18:00 (UTC+5), Monday to Friday. Overlap with your working day is shown here when JavaScript is on.

What we do not do

We do not give legal, medical or financial advice and do not build systems that do. We do not run your marketing, staff your front desk or host your data. We do not publish testimonials, client names, certifications, partnerships or results we cannot document — when proof appears on this site, it is real and labelled.

Operating principles

Reliability first

Every workflow ships with logging, error routing and an owner. We would rather automate less and have it hold.

Human checkpoints

Irreversible, financial, medical, legal or client-facing steps get a person’s approval by design, not by afterthought.

Transparent scope

Written findings, priced options, no work outside scope without written approval, prices published in USD.

Built inside your accounts

You own every workflow, credential and log. Nothing is hosted on WebGx Pro infrastructure.

Measured, not marketed

Each workflow has an agreed before/after measure, reported to you and published only with your permission.

Simplest tool that fits

The platform is chosen for the process, the volume and who will maintain it — and we say so when a spreadsheet is the right answer.

Build log

What we shipped recently

A running record of real work, in the order it went live. Client names are shown only with permission; the work is described as it was.

ROI calculator and Process X-ray launched

Two client-side tools on the home page: a calculator that turns hours, people and loaded cost into a yearly saving and payback, and an X-ray that draws a typed process as a flow map and marks the bottlenecks.

Tooling

webgxpro.com moved to a custom block theme

Replaced the page-builder theme with a native block theme: self-hosted fonts, SVG diagrams, no Elementor, no jQuery plugins. Old demo content and three legacy plugins removed.

Two or three sentences is enough. The consultant who would do the work replies within one working day with questions, a first view of the workflow and an honest opinion on whether it is worth automating.
