How we work

Scope in writing. Build in your accounts. Keep it running. The process is the same whether the engagement is a $900 review or a $15,000 programme, and it is designed so that a firm in London, Dublin, Toronto or Sydney can work with a consultancy in Pakistan without surprises.

The five steps

  1. 1. Review

A fixed-price Reliability Review (from $900) maps what exists, what breaks and what is manual. If you just want a first look, the free Process X-ray takes ten minutes.

  2. 2. Scope and price

Two or three priced options in writing. Each states what is in, what is out, the human checkpoints, the systems touched and the measure we will report against. You approve before anything starts.

  3. 3. Build with checkpoints

Built in your accounts in short stages with a working demo at the end of each. Irreversible, financial, medical, legal or client-facing steps get a named person’s approval by design.

  4. 4. Go live

Monitoring, error routing, run logs and documentation are in place before anything runs unattended. Your team gets a walkthrough. A 30-day fix window follows.

  5. 5. Care

Automation Care or Managed AI Operations keeps the system running, fixes breakages, handles vendor changes and plans what to automate next — monthly, cancel any month.

Scope safety

  • Fixed scope and a fixed price in USD, agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Findings and options in writing; every recommendation carries a price.
  • Nothing outside the agreed scope is worked on or billed without your written approval.
  • A 30-day fix window after go-live for anything that does not run as scoped.
  • Payment in stages: typically half on start and half on go-live for fixed-scope builds; monthly in advance for retainers.

Human checkpoints

No AI step sends advice, sets a price, changes a record, files with a court or authority, or contacts a client or patient without a named person’s approval. Agents run with a written scope (what they may read and which tools they may call), a budget per task and checkpoints for anything irreversible; every step is logged in your environment and evaluation sets are re-run before changes go live.

What you own

Everything. Workflows, forms, sites, credentials, prompts, code and logs live in your accounts and repositories. Access is requested in writing per system, granted to a named account through your password manager or the platform’s own invitation, and removed at handover on request. On request we provide a list of every account we were granted.

Remote delivery, international clients

WebGx Pro is based in Pakistan and has no offices abroad. Discovery, demos and walkthroughs are scheduled inside your working hours; written weekly updates and recorded demos cover the rest. Communication is in English, in writing first, so decisions are traceable across time zones. Prices are quoted and invoiced in USD.

Working hours 09:00–18:00 (UTC+5), Monday to Friday. Overlap with your working day is shown here when JavaScript is on.

What we do not do

We do not give legal, medical or financial advice, and we do not build systems that do. We do not run your marketing, staff your front desk or host your data. We do not publish testimonials, client names, certifications or results we cannot document.

Questions

How long does a first project take?

A Reliability Review takes 5–8 working days. A workflow sprint ships in two to three weeks. Intake, document and integration systems take three to six weeks. Agent programmes are phased over four to eight weeks.

Who owns the workflows, credentials and code?

You do, from the first day. Everything is built in your accounts and repositories, documented, and handed over with a walkthrough. Leaving us never means losing the system.

What happens when something breaks after go-live?

Anything that does not run as scoped in the first 30 days is fixed at no charge. After that, Automation Care covers monitoring and fixes monthly; without it we quote a small fix and turn it around quickly.

How do you decide where AI is used?

Deterministic steps stay deterministic. AI is used only where judgement on unstructured input is needed — reading, classifying, drafting — and always behind a person’s approval for anything irreversible or client-facing.

How does remote delivery work across time zones?

Discovery, demos and walkthroughs happen on video in your working hours; progress is written up weekly; recorded demos cover the gaps. Typical overlap is four to six hours a day with the UK and Europe and the morning with North America’s east coast.

Can you sign our NDA and data-processing agreement?

Yes, before we see any data. We design to UK and EU GDPR principles and say plainly when a requirement — for example a formal certification — is outside what a small consultancy can meet.
