Two or three 30-minute conversations with the people who run the work, in your working hours.

Inventory and testing
Every automation and manual hand-off mapped; failure paths tested; logs and credentials reviewed.

Report and walkthrough
Written findings, risk register, prioritised list and priced options, explained in a 45-minute call.
What we look at
- Triggers, schedules and the events that start each workflow
- Error handling, retries and what happens to a failed item
- Run logs and whether anyone is told when something stops
- Credentials, shared logins and access that should have been removed
- Field mapping and the places the same data is typed twice
- Duplicated logic across Zaps, scenarios and scripts
- Vendor limits, task pricing and API changes on the horizon
- Human hand-offs: where a person must step in and whether the system knows it
- Documentation, owners and what happens when a person leaves
Scope and price
Up to 8 systems and 15 workflows. Typical range $900–$1,900 depending on system count. Fixed before we start.
More than 8 systems, custom-code estates or multiple sites are quoted after a 20-minute call — still fixed before we start.
The review fee is credited against any implementation option accepted within 30 days of the walkthrough.
Scope safety. The scope is fixed, the price is agreed before work starts, findings are in writing, every recommendation is priced, nothing outside the agreed scope is worked on or billed without your written approval, and access is read-only and removed at the end on request.
What happens after
Option A — Fix pack
The broken and fragile items from the risk register fixed, quoted per item, then Automation Care to keep them fixed.
Option B — Workflow sprint
The highest-value manual process automated end to end in two to three weeks, $1,500–$4,000, with a 30-day fix window.
Option C — Migration
Zapier or Make workflows rebuilt in n8n or code with a staged, tested cut-over, priced per workflow after the inventory.
Or you keep the report and do nothing — it is yours. Larger findings lead to Client Intake Automation, AI Document Processing or Systems Integration projects, and every report ends with a “keep it running” page: Automation Care from $500 a month, with the first month’s monitoring set-up included in any accepted option.

Security during the review
Access is read-only wherever the platform allows it, granted to a named account through your password manager or the platform’s own invitation, never by email or chat, and removed at the end on request. An NDA and a data-processing agreement are signed before we see any data if you need them. Read the security & data page
Questions
Do you need admin access to our systems?
Read-only where the platform allows it, requested in writing per system, and removed at the end on request. Anything that needs more is agreed with you first.
Can you review Zapier, Make and n8n together?
Yes. The review covers up to eight systems and fifteen workflows across any mix of platforms, scripts and manual processes.
What if we only have manual processes and no automations yet?
Then the review is a manual-work map: where the hours go, what could move automatically, what must stay with a person, and what each option would cost.
Is the review fee credited?
Yes. The fee is credited against any implementation option you accept within 30 days of the walkthrough.
How is this different from a free audit?
A free audit is a sales call. This is five to eight days of work you own at the end, with findings in writing and every recommendation priced, whether or not you go further with us.
Can you fix things during the review?
Urgent breakages can be fixed during the review, quoted separately and only with your written approval. Everything else waits for the priced options so nothing is billed by surprise.
Do you work in our time zone?
We are based in Pakistan (UTC+5) and schedule interviews and the walkthrough inside your working hours in the UK, Ireland, Europe, North America or Australia.
