Work

Architecture you can inspect

Three demonstration concepts. Three different operations.

These are interactive architecture examples using fictional data. They are not completed client projects or evidence of measured results.

Law Firm AI Intake & Document Workflow

From a new enquiry to a reviewed client-care pack.

Data & AI
Fictional name, contact preference, practice area and document checklist. Sensitive narrative is excluded from the AI step.
Integration logic
Form webhook → n8n/Make → case-system API or review queue → document template → delivery queue. API availability is confirmed before scope.
Human boundary
No legal advice, automatic conflict decisions, court filing or unapproved client messages.

What happens if a step fails?

Missing fields or a failed API call pause the run and alert the owner. A stable enquiry ID prevents duplicate records; retries are bounded.

Clinic AI Enquiry & Appointment Intake

Help the front desk route enquiries and appointment requests.

Data & AI
Fictional contact details, appointment preference and consent status. Clinical questions are routed directly to staff.
Integration logic
Web/voice intake → validated request → PMS/calendar API → staff queue → approved confirmation. No clinical record is changed automatically.
Human boundary
No symptom triage, diagnosis or treatment advice. Data protection and platform suitability require client-specific review; no compliance certification is claimed.

Agency Lead-to-CRM-to-Proposal Automation

Turn an enquiry into a reviewed proposal and a delivery hand-off.

Data & AI
A fictional company, project brief, budget band and timeline. Model output is validated against required proposal fields.
Integration logic
Form → n8n/Make → HubSpot/Pipedrive → proposal template → approval queue. A signed acceptance triggers ClickUp/Asana onboarding.
Human boundary
No automatic proposal pricing, contract acceptance or unapproved messages to clients.

What happens if a step fails?

A CRM or document failure enters a retry queue with an owner alert. An enquiry ID prevents duplicate deals; incomplete briefs wait for clarification.

No client case studies published yet

Client work appears here only with written permission, labelled as client work. Demonstration systems built on sample data and technical examples are labelled separately and are never presented as client projects. Until the first case study is published, the build log below shows what has shipped.

ROI calculator and Process X-ray launched

Two client-side tools on the home page: a calculator that turns hours, people and loaded cost into a yearly saving and payback, and an X-ray that draws a typed process as a flow map and marks the bottlenecks.

Tooling

webgxpro.com moved to a custom block theme

Replaced the page-builder theme with a native block theme: self-hosted fonts, SVG diagrams, no Elementor, no jQuery plugins. Old demo content and three legacy plugins removed.
