Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data WebGx Pro collects through webgxpro.com and in the course of its services, why, and what your rights are. It applies to visitors to this website and to people at client and prospective client organisations.

Who we are

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
  • The ROI calculator, Process X-ray and Opportunity Finder run in your browser; nothing is stored or sent unless you choose to attach the result to an enquiry.
  • AI models used in our services are accessed through business APIs whose terms exclude training on customer data. We do not use client data to train models.

Cookies and analytics

This site’s own code sets no tracking cookies. It uses browser storage only for small conveniences (for example, remembering that you dismissed a notice) that never leave your device. Where a third-party analytics service (such as Google Analytics) is enabled, it may set cookies to measure site usage; you can block these in your browser settings, and where a consent banner is shown, analytics runs only after you accept.

Who we share data with

Only service providers needed to operate this site and deliver our services: our web host (Hostinger, EU data centres), email providers, and — during engagements — the platforms you ask us to work in, such as automation tools, AI model providers and your own business systems. Each processes data under its own terms and our instructions. We may disclose data where the law requires.

International transfers

We work with clients in the UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia and our team may operate from outside those jurisdictions. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the safeguards of the platforms involved.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of an engagement record.
  • Engagement records: for the duration of the engagement and as long as needed to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations, typically up to 7 years.
  • Analytics data: per the retention setting of the analytics service, typically 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

See our security and data handling page for how data is protected in our services. This website uses HTTPS, up-to-date software and access limited to named administrators.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date of the last update is shown on this page.
